蝦紅素(藻紅素) vs 對皮膚的幫助

研究顯示每天服用蝦紅素(藻紅素)2毫克與維生素E40毫克,持續4週,可以增加皮膚的含水度、減少皮膚的細紋、減少臉部皺紋。[註4]另一個人體研究顯示,每天服用4毫克的蝦紅素(藻紅素),持續服用6周,在問卷評量中顯示,服用蝦紅素(藻紅素)者在於皮膚乾燥、粗糙、彈性、細紋上皆有明顯的改善。[註5]
